Frequently asked questions
It lasts 30 days and always begins on the XS tier, with 10 products and the experiences that tier includes. We activate it for you within a few days; after that, you manage everything yourself. Your subscription starts sooner if you ask for it, if you run out of included experiences or if you move to another tier. Otherwise, the monthly XS subscription begins when the trial ends, unless you cancel.
Each model, colour or lens-width variant counts as one product. If you need more products than your plan includes, you can move up a tier at any time and pay only the pro-rata difference for the current month.
Every time a visitor tries on a frame, opens it in the 3D Viewer or explores the catalogue with VTO Explorer, they use one experience. Once the month's included experiences are used up, add a data pack or move up a tier. Your shop keeps working in any case.
Yes. During the trial you can move your Smart plan up a tier, and the upgrade applies immediately. After that, moving down a tier takes effect from the following month. Annual billing, paid in advance, costs the same as 11 monthly payments and gives you the whole year's experiences from day one. Monthly billing has no minimum term.
The Smart plan needs no development: it connects through plugins for the main platforms (Shopify), with new integrations on the way. For bespoke online shops, internal systems or tailored code-based integrations (API and SDK), the Enterprise plan is available.
